Hi,

I am a 29 year old guy and have been losing hair for about 5-6 years now and my hair is quite thin now. I have heard alot of things about laser for treating hair loss/baldness, both good and bad. I dont know if I should go for laser treatment. Is there anyone here who has first hand experiance of using laser treatment to treat hair loss? Did it stop your hair loss and increase the thickness/volume of your hair or is it just a load of hot air with no real basis behind it?

Hi,

I have used laser with Minoxidil to treat my hair loss. I am into month 4 of treatment and so far results look good. I have had compliments from people saying my hair looks thicker. Laser is said to be more effective with Minoxidil. I know some people would say it is probably the Minoxidil and not the laser which has resulted in my hair improving but i cannot say if it is a combination of the two or either the laser or Minoxidil.
