Hi everyone,

How effective is olive oil for healthy hair? Can it reduce hair loss and how often should I use it?

I am originally from India and over there I would say about 70-80% of the guys use either mustard or olive oil to style their hair. Let me tell you the ratio of bald guys is extremely low. I would say about 1 in 10 is bald or even less. It is widely known that people in the east are less susceptible to baldness. Olive or mustard oil does help your hair. It definetly does not harm it.

The ratio of asians in the west who are bald is higher than it is in the east. This is because they dont use any oil for their hair. My brother in law uses baby oil for his hair every day after washing it and let me tell you his hair line is perfect. He is in his late thirties. Makes me jealous Crying or Very sad

Id say go for the oil. Only problem is the grease. If you dont mind that youve got no problems. Very Happy
